FSFE organises this conference in Barcelona on 22nd and 23rd June 2006

Richard Stallman, father of Free Software, President of the FSF and Honor's Patron of the Free Knowledge Foundation will showcase  the advancements in the development of the 3rd version of the popular Free Software license.

Eben Moglen (FSF, FSLC) will expose the legal detail of the license, and other speakers like Carlo Piana (FSFE), Ciaran O'Riordan (FSFE) or Steffano Maffulli (FSFE) will talk about the new license and its consequences.

The Free Knowledge Foundation (Fundación Conocimiento Libre) was at represented by Pablo Machón's talk about software patents in Europe and the GPLv3.
